Captive Caboose - Union Pacific 25730

Union Pacific 25730 is a CA class wood cupola caboose and is located at the Lomita Railroad Museum in Lomita, CA. It was built as UP 3579 in July 1910 and was renumbered 25730 in August 1962. The car was retired by Union Pacific in December 1966 and donated to the museum. Images taken on August 18, 2007.
