Union Pacific 25729 is a CA class wood cupola caboose and is located at the Orange Empire Railway Museum in Perris, CA. It was built as UP 3575 in July 1910 and was renumbered 25729 in August 1962. The car was retired by Union Pacific in January 1965 and was sold to the Portland Terminal Railway in Portland, OR. The car was evenually sold to a private owner and moved to Big Bear Lake, California where it was used as a cabin before being donated to the OERM in 1998. Images taken on August 19, 2007.
