UP 25384 is a CA-6 steel cupola caboose. It was built as UP 2784 in November 1955 and was renumbered 25384 in May 1959. The car was retired by Union Pacific in August of 1986 and was donated to the Sierra Army Depot in Herlong, California and was eventually placed on display adjacent to the restored depot in Susanville, California where it resides today.
