UP 25258 is a CA-5 steel cupola caboose. It was built as UP 3858 in July 1952 and was renumbered 25258 in June 1959. Union Pacific retired the car in May 1989 and generously donated it to the Daggett Historical Society where it arrived and was put on display in September of that year.
