SP&S 884 is one of a group of 12 steel cupola cars originally built in 1954 by the Northern Pacific in Brainerd, MN. With the Burlington Northern merger, it became BN 11436 but has since been restored to SP&S livery. This car is now part of the collection at the St. Louis Museum of Transportation in Kirkwood, Missouri. Images were taken on July 22, 2000.
