Northern Pacific 10788 is a 24' wood cupola caboose built by the NP in 1923 as the 1788. It later carried BN number 10978 before being retired to masquerade as a Santa Fe car as part of the McDonald's restaurant in Barstow, California called Barstow Station (located on the east end of town right along side the BNSF transcon main line). Images were taken on July 16, 2007.
