This steel extended vision caboose with its extended end porches was originally built for the Illinois Central Railroad but I have no information on either its current NC DOT number or it's previous IC or ICG numbers. It is currently on display at the North Carolina Museum of Transportation in Spencer, NC. Image taken on October 11, 2006.
