MILW 992300 is one of only two extended vision steel cabooses ever built for the Milwaukee Road. The car was built in 1975 by Pacific Car & Foundry in Renton, Washington as a two car extension to a larger order underway for the Burlington Northern. It currently wears the original Milwaukee Road paint scheme (orange with yellow ends) but the later SOO Line number of 162. This caboose is part of the collection at the Illinois Railway Museum in Union, Illinois. Images were taken June 11, 2006
