Captive Caboose - Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 999308 Ce-1

ATSF 999308 is a steel peaked roof Ce-1 class caboose and is located in Heritage Park in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The car is currently wearing what I believe to be the original (pre Ce-1 rebuild) number of 511. It is part of a railway heritage display that also includes Santa Fe steam locomotive 870, a wood reefer and various structures, signs and signal appliances. Images were taken on April 6, 2007.
